$13.4 M Education Center at Vandenberg AFB is complete and ready for classes to begin.. The new facility, with room for five colleges, include 20 classrooms, a training and testing area, computer labs, offices and a 75-seat auditorium..

Teehee Engineering Inc. (TEI) was named SBA San Diego District Minority-Owned Small Business Of The Year. This award recognizes TEI as the outstanding small business among all candidates in San Diego and Imperial Counties. Debbie Hamilton was presented this award at the annual Small Business Awards Breakfast.

A Certificate of Commendation presented reads: In honor and recognition of receiving the Minority-Owned Small Business of the Year Award from the Small Business Administration’s San Diego District Office. The dedication of your time, energy, and resources to the San Diego Community has greatly impacted the lives of many. The $ 8.4M F35A Addition/Alteration Fuel Cell Hangar at Nellis AFB, NV is complete and occupied by the U.S. Air Force. The 12,000 SF, 2-bay F-35A aircraft hangar addition included the construction of a new aircraft parking lot and High-Ex Foam fire suppression system, fire alarm and mass notification system that was the first system of its kind designed and installed for the Air Force.

TEI received a Letter of Appreciation from Chief, Leader Training Program, National Training Center, Fort Irwin, CA for the successful completion of the Renovation Building 130 project (Phase I & Phase II - $ 5.4 M).

Recent Contract Awards

USACE negotiated with TEI a $2.3M Design-Build contract for the construction of a Radiation Shielded Enclosure at Naval Air Station, Coronado. Schedule project completion: April 2019.


NAVFAC Southwest awarded TEI an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) for construction services throughout California and Arizona.  TEI is one of six awarding firms. The contract performance period is a maximum of 60-months and a $ 249M value.

NAVFAC Southwest awarded TEI a $ 1.6M contract for the P-238 Airfield Security Improvements at MCAS Miramar.  Project is scheduled to be completed in April 2020.

NAVFAC Southwest awarded TEI a $ 1.5M task order on a previous MACC contract for the Repair Elevators, Building 3362 at Naval Base San Diego.  Project is scheduled to be completed in February 2020.
